Privacy Statement & Terms of Use
Privacy Statement
Any California State Licensed and Certified Drug and Alcohol
Treatment Program, by law, has to protect a client’s right
to privacy.
As stated by the California Alcohol and Drug Department
of Sacramento, California; It is in violation of the law to divulge
any information, names, e-mail addresses, etc., about a prior,
current or prospective client to anyone outside the administration
of a treatment program. In addition to this, we feel that it is
ethically correct to strongly protect anonymity. Anyone entering
treatment for the disease of addiction should never have to worry
about making the decision to get well.
