Bart Allen - Program Director/Owner
Bart has been working with drug addicts and alcoholics for 23 years. He finished his addictionologist studies at University of Irvine in California. Bart Allen has been a leader in the community industry of Southern California. He developed treatment models of recovery based on “individual coaching,” and is in the process of writing a book on this modality as being the most effective treatment tactic. The first ten years of his career was focused on initiating and developing treatment programs throughout Orange County. He founded Comeback Treatment Center in 1989 and have established a reputation of clinical professionalism and advocate of the drug addict and alcoholic. Currently, he also works with the County of Orange redesigning public recovery services.
